Wet Wet Wet!!!!! The wettest June since records begun over 100 years ago. Luckily we managed a dry day and all the sheep had their woolly coats taken off! A week later I wanted to put them back on as the weather became much colder. What a contrast to last year.

The silage crop was looking good and another dry spell enabled us to cut.
On the whole crops are looking good, but one of the sugar beet fields is very slow growing with pigeons creating a lot of damage. We really need sunshine to help everything.

Wildflowers growing in the conservation strips around the fields.

Maisie, the new sheep dog puppy, is really growing fast. Full of mischief and very naughty, she will hopefully train up well.
