Heckingham Manor

Heckingham Manor has lots of character and is well furnished and equipped, and sleeps 10 people. Deep in rural south Norfolk, the house stands on its own, surrounded by secure enclosed lawned gardens with its own private hot tub and wonderful views over open countryside.

The owner farms a mixed farm at Heckingham Hall so there are cattle, sheep and horses in many of the fields: the Manor is part of this estate and Heckingham Hall is the nearest neighbour. Many of the animals are native breeds, including Red Poll cattle. Concern for wildlife is key: conservation strips are provided to enable birds to feed in the winter with wild flowers around the arable fields to enhance wildlife habitat.
